I love snow. I truly do. But I also can admit that I love "Southern Snow" -- the kind that comes in to make everything beautiful for a few days, but then melts away. I like to think that snow days are God's way of reminding us that we need to take time to slow down, to have fun, to just enjoy life.

I am so grateful for technology over the past 2 weeks. Without it, we would not have been able to worship together. However, no matter how much I love snow, no matter how thankful I am for technology, I am very much looking forward to gathering together this Sunday to worship in person.

I truly believe that we can worship God at all times and in all places, but I also believe that gathering with the Body of Christ in person is important. Fellowship is an important part of discipleship growth.

If you haven't been to church in a while, you are welcome here. If you want to bring a friend to worship with us and stay for lunch, they are welcome here.

I'll see you Sunday!

Peace,

Pastor Heather
